8/3/10 To whom this concerns: Wells Fargo has hired this company Pinnacle Financial to negotiate on their behalf. They fired them w/o informing us. Now we are ready to close escrow and their new company Enhanced Recovery Corporation is saying the amount of compensation is too low and there is no negotiating it. We had the payout increased by 65%, but they still refused it. Wells Fargo has this collection company collecting for them.
