We started our process of trying to modify our loan in November of 2008 when I spoke with a Marcie in your (Saxon) customer service dept. at phone # 1-817-665-8061, (phone # now changed) along with several other tellers whose ID numbers we have cataloged. We sent Fed Ex and Faxed letters in a 5 month period starting in Nov. 2008 thru. March of 2009 that included; (1) Letters of Hardship- Wife laid off work in Jan. of 2009, my work down to two weeks out of a month, and death of Father.
