USP System had a problem around 3 weeks back and the company person took the Unit with them informing us that it will be rectified. After around 3 days they give me a call and asked me to pay for the board as it was fried inside, when i spoke about the warranty they denied first but later they agreed however asking me to pay 50% of the raw material.
