DO NOT, DO NOT buy Premiere Pro CS5. I had CS3 at my previous job. Loved it! It came with a set of manuals and a help function embedded in the program. With CS5 the manuals are buried deep in the bowels of the internet basement (I had to speak with India for over 20 minutes to find those) and there is NO onboard help function unless you have internet connectivity. Due to network security reasons, I cannot have my editing computer hooked up to the internet so therefore I have ABSOLUTLY NO "help" function with the program. I believe that... read full review »

Frigidaire

In September of 2008, I bought a Frigidaire cooktop. After using it several times I took the drip pans off to clean them and noticed that the paint underneath had chipped. I then noticed that the drip pans on the bottom had not been finished in the manufacturing process. We went back to the store and looked at the store model and the drip pans and the finish were the same on both sides. The book that came with the cooktop says to clean it with soap and water and a paper towel. But since it was never finished properly it is hard to get food off... read full review »
