We have a weeping cinderblock wall that we were concerned about damaging our home structure. It only weeps when it is a heavy rain and once there was some water that leaked into out basement. We decided to go with Value Dry since the system they was talking about with the abilty to clean itself seemed like it would be little or no future maintence. the first day of the job they were suppose to prep the area and seal everything up they way the sealed my basement was no better than laying a plastic over a few things.
