Dear Sir, Airtel has been deducting balance from my account on a regular basis now. Every time i call Customer care, they ask me for the same questions and give me no help. Every single time i am told that i have been using Airtel Live (internet) services when i have not been using it. I have several reference numbers sent to me (few of which i will put down below).
