Our loan was brokered to Just Mortgage in June of 2010. They have been the absolute worst people to deal with and their lack of communication is unbelievable. We signed docs on July 5, 2010 and as of July 12th (a full week later) they came back with additional funding conditions that had to be met for their investor. We cleared the condition the next day then waited and waited. Weeks went by with still no funding or explanation of why.
