The owner of this salon name Tina. She is a rude and bully owner to her customer and employees. She refused to allow customer leave tip on credit card and always appear un-happy if customer payment is not cash. I don't know what is her deal with the IRS issue, but not allowing customer leave tip on credit card smell fishy. I alway very mean to the girl who did my nails.
