On two occasions, years apart, I have tried to use the Jagexstore.com website to purchase runescape merchandise as a birthday present for my son. Sadly, I have never actually been able to purchase anything!! This year I used a VISA card, boy, was that a mistake! I was never able to confirm that I had completed any transaction.
