There was an offer of $9.95 to try this e-cigarette. I received the product only for it NOT to work. I called the company back and told them the situation. They in return sent me a new charger and cigarette. I looked on my debit account to find out that they had charged my account $149.90. When i called the Prado phone number the other end was completely dead. I then called the Smokefreely number only to get a man saying that i had agreed to this price, WHICH I HADN'T.
