I took an Interior Decorating course in 2009 at Overland Learning Centre. The first day had about 27 students. The instructor was very vague about what she was going to teach and didnt seem to know much, but I thought it was just an introduction so maybe she would be more concrete later. By the second session, half of the people didn't return. I heard they only get HALF OF THEIR MONEY BACK and after the second day, if you quit, you get NO MONEY BACK.
