I am a customer and user of StreetSmart Pro software from Charles Schwab Corp. StreetSmart Pro generates incorrect, missing and/or inaccurate charts, reports and information on nights (after midnight) and weekends: 1. On charts for the current or most recent trading day, the open, high, low, and closing prices for a stock are all the same as the closing price of the prior day.
