we were told when we opened up our business accounts 10 years ago that the accounts have a matrix affixed to them. The matrix is cash set aside up to a certain amount to cover checks one would write, but the fee of $37.00 will apply. Out of thin air they pulled the matrix and never told us. This resulted in some checks being charged $37.00 up to 8 times, and a total in less than a month, $1321.00 in charges. They also would switch a large amount check ahead of many small ones, thus more bounces, more charges. They really are crooks. read full review »
