I bought a backpack model: FORMATION PA Ref. 92234-001 Oakley store in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil on 07/22/2010 and 08/02/2010 I noticed today was defective in the seam. I went to the store to exchange the bag and they told me that I would send the bag for analysis in Sao Paulo in a period of 30 days to exchange the product. I am dissatisfied with Oakley. The product is noticeably with manufacturing problem and not agility in meeting the consumer laws of this country. I have the right to change immediately. That is disrespectful. I have the right to exchange the product at the store where I bought has 11 days. And it was not allowed. read full review »
