Had them at my house, estimates were different than discussed on the phone, when they were questioned about this, the tech was rude and unprofessional. The tech was asked to wait outside while a call was being placed to the office, the tech responded with vulgar and rudeness to this request. Called the home office where the so called manager, Jay Schafer was equally if not more rude and unprofessional. Very disorganized, expensive and unprofessional company and crew, save yourself a huge hassle by calling someone else, youll be happy you did. read full review »
