I bought a Dell Latitude D630 for my small business. The computer is more expensive than other options. However the battery only lasted 11 months. I called Dell Support after 12 months had passed and they would not replace my battery. Do Dell batteries only last about a year? I have other laptops where I have not replaced the battery for three or four years. I have to connect my laptop to a power outlet to use it. Do you have other complaints on this topic?
