I bought a Kenmore HE washing machine from Sears about three years ago and three weeks ago the appliance did not complete its cycle to wash my clothes. I called Sears Repair and was told that we could not get a repair person to respond until a week later. I had a friend who is in the appliance repair business take a look at it and was told that the CPU (the push buttons to work the washing machine) was not working.
