I will add my complaint to the other ones on this site!! Assurant Solutions IS A JOKE! I have been on the phone with them four different times for at least an hour each time and the ultimate result of this time is NOTHING! The people I spoke with didn't care about their lack of customer service and I will obviously NEVER get my computer fixed. The first time I called I explained that, through normal wear and tear, my left mouse button was no longer working and that the space bar on the keyboard was broken in all but one spot.
