They installed hardwood flooring and did not put any waterproofing down as requested now my floor ruined. When I call them to complain they were very quick to say they will fix it but it will cost me an additional $1200 after I paid over $4000 to install the hardwood in my lounge. I will never use them again to do any work for me I am also telling everyone how bad they are and not to use then no matter how cheap they quote as their workman ship and service is bad.
