Rattan Singh Buildtech, Delhi had ordered glass bricks on behalf of Nestle India Limited Pantnagar factory for glass bricks and had paid 100% advance to Nirmaan Glass and Plywoods. Nirmaan on its part is not dispatching the material despite several phone calls. They do not pick the phone.
