I stay in Bangalore. On a Visit to Chennai in October, I went shopping for my kids & bought them a "Mitashi Genius " from Gaylord Toys at a cost of Rs 1295/- . It is a Keyboard with games.The product is sold only in a Sealed condition .This piece I took unfortunately did not work . With difficulty I found the Bangalore Service address. I took it there & to my dismay was told it is only a service center where no replacements happen (though they told me orally that this product does not work). This product is highly priced at Rs1295/- & does not have much features. read full review »
