Last fall my wife and I purchased a lawn mower from the Sears in Toledo, Ohio. We are always skeptical of the extended warrantees, but after much discussion between us and the sales rep in Lawn and Garden, we purchased a 3 year extended warrantee after assurances no matter what happens, it gets fixed or replaced. The mower is now broken. Sears refuses to fix it. It falls into an exception.
