I had Elite Aircare come to my home to perform duct cleaning. The technician "Nick" walked around the house and told me what they were going to do, he then had me write them a check (they wouldn’t accept credit card) He and the other tech then brought their equipment into the house and started to work. Nick spent most of his time smoking and trying to “up sell” me numerous items and services while the other tech supposedly cleaned the duct work.
