I have placed an order for a bookshelf on 15-Oct-08 of total cost Rs.4000.Advance of Rs.3000 was asked for but luckily I had given Rs.1500. The person in charge Shahid assured of delivery in 10 days. After 3 months also I am yet to receive the bookshelf or the advance. Every time I visit the store there is a different person in charge and the excuse given is the concerned person is out of station so we cannot refund the advance.
