I've purchased a white shirt for my size from the Lacoste 5th Avenue NY store on 7/20/2010 but realized that it was a small fit when I wore it at home. Brought back to the 5th Ave store for an exchange (within 30 days) but store manager Michael refused to exchange it with a larger size.
