I had Verizon Fios for over 2 years now and my bill never was the same. Once my 2 yrs contract was over, I wanted to renew my contract and the customer service made sure that my bill will not exceed $130.00 a month. I only have the basic stuff, no HBO, Cinemax.Etc. My first bill after then was $160.00 and the one after was $170.00. I felt like i was cheated. I called again and again, but they dont even come up with a solution for you, they will keep on hold for a long time and they will be like Hmmmm what was the issue again...
