My son purchased a auto warranty from Great Lakes Warranty Corp.for his Kia.The engine blew up and when it came time to collect on an approved claim they kept telling him it was being processed.He called many times to no avail.When we asked to speak with a manager we got another message.Now their answering machine say's this coropration doesn't exixt anymore but please leave a message.Who is going to get our message.What a scam and my son is out the price he paid for the warranty plus the $1, 200.00 for the engine repair.Whomever was in charge of this scam should be prosecuted. read full review »
