I bought two pairs of shoes. When the shipment arrived, one pair seemed like a second, and the other wasn't the pair I ordered. I verified what I had ordered then called the company to tell them I would return both, but shouldn't be responsible for their error. Nope...returned both at my expense. Received email I'd be credited separately even though both pairs were in the same package. Received refund on one pair 10 days later. Refund for second pair came a month later after I again called these crooks and told them I was referring them to the attorney general. read full review »
