Sales Rep advised they don't sell the floor model. They do. Tables they clean up before delivery, furniture they vacuum, before delivery, but I have found old stains in the cushions of my couch, and covered up scratches on my tables. The end tables were discontinuted along time ago. They no longer have my set on their show room floor; when asked, they said they had a persistant customer.
