I have just had it! My service was great for the 1st year but then went to hell! #1...I can rarely get in touch with a customer rep. that speaks English. They have screwed me over on billing, turned my phone off WHEN I JUST WALKED INTO THE STORE AND PAID IT! I save all my receipts and confirmation numbers. When I take the damn receipt in they say they DO NOT HAVE IT ON RECORD!!!
