I have been trying to cancel the order for this product. I ordered a 14 day sample trial, which is supposed to be free and shipped within 7-14days. However, they did charge my bank account for $6.95 S&H. I have not received my trial bottle as of 14 days later. I have called the number 1-866-519-5308 several times to try and cancel this automatic renewal of shipping. I was told I could not cancel on the phone.
