At 5:03 pm March 9, 2010, I contacted Gamache & Myers (G&M) about my account. I had received notification that I should receive my tax refund on March 19th. I wanted to see whether or not the settlement agreement offered on my account could be extended until receipt of my refunds. I spoke with Matt who calculated a new settlement agreement amount. I signed up for the top level of service from WildBlue Communications in June of 2004. Since May of this year (2005) my service has been spotty at best, and for long stretches of time has been completely non-existent. I called to cancel my account in August, and was asked to give them a chance to correct the problem. They scheduled a service call and the technician was dispatched within 2 weeks -- with the wrong part. I was told it would take 2 days for the correct part to arrive.
