This began in June when I ordered a laptop for my daughter who just went off to college. I also moved. Dell cancelled my order 4 times and it took many phone calls - to credit card company to assure them, yes, I had moved, then to Dell to assure them of the same thing, for the order to go through. At no time did Dell call me to tell me they cancelled the order, I would just find out when my daughter did not receive the laptop I ordered.
