I purchased an Airtel Digital TV connection through online on 16-Jan-09. As per the process they should deliver the setup box and do installation with in 72 hours. But it is not done yet. I got the activation kit through one of their agent and recharged the voucher to activate the service on 19 Jan by calling their customer service number. Once the activation was done he told me he will generate a customer order and a airtel technician will come with the setup box the next day and install it.
