Ok, so I called Empire Carpet to get quote for carpet installed in my new house (which I haven't moved into yet). The dirt bag on the phone wanted my wife and kids to wait in the house for up to 3 hours for his salesman to get there and refused to do a courtesy call when he was on the way.
