Ordered three built-in coffee makers: webiste said they would ship in 5-7 days; emails received from company said order was received and in shipping process. When I called to check status, 10 days later, I was toldthey did not have the items, could not promise a delivery date, and would charge my credit card a cancellation fee if I canceled the order and ordered from someone else.
