I purchased a sofaset, two beds, two mattresses, a dining table - two beds were sent on the 2nd which was the date the deliveries were supposed to be made. No mattress was delivered and after multiple phone calls a makeshift mattress of a lower model was delivered that evening. ( I was informed after all payments were made that one mattress is out of stock). Since then - I am yet to receive the original mattress, the other mattress in the original order and the sofaset. The dining table arrived on the 11th and is yet to be assembled. I speak to customer care many times a day- they give me the run around and have left me with nothing to live on yet. read full review »
