On or about 7-2-10 I was refused service by an official Verizon manager, in replacing a newer defective phone. I have an Envi 3 phone about 6-7 months old, I took the phone to the store for a check, and the phone had a software upgrade, when I asked the employee if he was sure the problem was taken care of he stated " yes I am sure the phone is fine now". I took the phone home and laid it on the counter for about an hour, when I picked the phone up it was off!
