Shoppers beware! I just returned from Manchester Subaru and dealt directly with owner/manager Todd Berkowitz. What COULD have been a very easy resolve, refunding me a $500 deposit, has become an infuriating fiasco. The $500 was put down on a car purchase, and in waiting for our complete funding quite a bit of time passed and they called to say they needed to sell the car to another buyer.
