visited by installation manager and trainee, signed up for installation. told that system would be installed next evening. call from office the next day and were informed that installers were behind and could the installation be done Saturday between 0900-0930 for a beginning time. NO SHOW. Reason given was that the installers worked elsewhere and were running late.
