We booked a trip from Newark, NJ to China via cheapo. Prices were good, but when we arrived for our 8:30 am departure at Newark we were told that we had missed our 6:30 flight. Cheapo had CHANGED the flight on us WITHOUT notice! Fortunately we were able to re-book thanks to Air Canada. However, for the rest of the trip we couldn't check in for our flights online with the carrier. They, even by phone, kept telling us that we had to go through Cheapoair.com.
