Glow- Kronos advertised a free Trial of a shampoo pack for which they would let you try it for S&H of $5.x (regular mail and $9.xx express. Chose reg mail and a few weeks after was billed $98.50 on my CC . They never mentioned any membership or cancelation policy on their advertisement, needless to say over the phone. I looked their company name after I saw the charge on my CC and I see now how they have done the same scam to many many people. Be aware.
