GE offers a rebate via a "visa" card. Every tried to redeem it? Almost impossible. After having it rejected by several business, I called to get a PIN to use it as an ATM card. 5 phone call later, I still am unable to withdraw my money. Plus, between the GE fee and the bank fee, it will cost me $4.50 every transaction - and GE won't let you withdrawn all at one time. So here I am, still waiting on hold, because the AMT won't take the card for the amount - even though it is $11 less than the balance. This is a scam, you never really get your full refund.
