I bought the whole range of Bosch products from Sears 2009- over 10 000.00 USD.How sad that you have to experience this type of service in first world country? After I paid two months for goods before delivery, we had to live one month in a house without any appliances because Sears could not deliver on the time as promised.After 7 maintenance calls and huge frustration, the verdict was the fridge cannot be repaired and should be replaced.Delivery again promised by 07/25/2010.
