I responded to an ad on Craigslist for Mechanic services. I had a mechanic named Matt Durocher do some repairs to my transmission. He stated he is a certified mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired correctly and he refused to honor his warranty, avoiding calls and making excuses. I later found out through the State of MIchigan that he is UNLICENSED. He lied about that and about standing behind his work. His services should be avoided. read full review »
