Over the last few months, receiving four shipments of a CD from Cary, NC, EVERY single shipment arrived with the jewel case shattered, although the CD inside had survived. These had all been properly packaged in a bubble-type protective envelope. I just don't see any excuse for this rough handling of anything in a bubble envelope, not to mention the incredible consistency with which these shipments were abused. read full review »
