I went to the AT&T store to ask about my upgrade because I received a text that alerted me to an upgrade date. Not only did they tell me my upgrade date was moved, but the manager of the store refused to fix the error that he admitted was AT&T's fault. The manager of the Valley Fair AT&T store is a terrible manager and a disrespectful person who has forever turned me away from AT&T. Apple needs to move the iPhone to Verizon, in the mean time, T-Mobile has a new customer. read full review »
