Michelle Smith August 8, 2010 Care Credit Customer Complaint I had to open a Care Credit account a few years ago when my teenage son needed to have dental work done. The first time that I paid the card off, I didn’t encounter any problems with the company. The second time that I used the card however; I had a totally different experience.
