When one googles the name, "Dr. Earl Smith, II scam" threads and threads pop up. What's sad about this is that this man will attempt to discredit others in the hopes of drawing business to himself. When researching the man, he makes big claims, but yet never offers any credibility. He is a legend in his own mind cannot back up his own claims.
