I purchase a phone that was listed on the all4cellular.com website. The reason I purchased from them was because the particular phone I wanted had been discontinued. This was the only site that still had it stocked. Since the phone was advertised as new, I believed it to be new. I called customer service to make sure the phone was in stock. I then purchased it.
